Results & Reporting

Clear results. Convenient access.

How your report is produced, how it reaches you, and what to do with it once it arrives.

How you receive your report

Three ways to get your result.

Collect in person

A printed report can be collected at the centre where your test was carried out. Both centres are open 24 hours. Bring identification.

By email

Reports can be sent by email to you, or directly to your referring doctor where you have asked us to do so.

Via WhatsApp

Delivery through WhatsApp is available where appropriate. Tell us at booking if this is how you would prefer to receive your report.

Turnaround

Most results are ready within 24–48 hours.

Turnaround varies by test. Specialised work such as histology and some microbiology cultures takes longer, because the underlying laboratory process takes longer. We will tell you what to expect for your particular test when you book.

Urgent cases can be expedited through our express service. Tell us at the point of booking if your result is time-critical.

Understanding your report

Discuss your result with your doctor.

A diagnostic report is a technical document written for a clinician. It describes findings in the context of the clinical information supplied with the request, and does not take account of everything your own doctor knows about you.
